Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order. An email will be
sent when your order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.
Please ensure the provided shipping address is accurate before
completing the order, we can not redirect orders once items have
left our warehouse.
STORE PICKUP

Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm (except statutory
holidays)
ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN CANADA
If you are ordering online, shipping charges will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. When your order is ready to be shipped, you
will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Please allow 2-7 business days, depending on shipping destination,
for orders shipped by Canada Post Expedited service for in-stock
items. Delivery for non-stocked or custom items varies, we will
email you approximate lead time.
For items not listed on our online store, for large quantities,
custom orders, or items that require freight service, please email
us your request at sales@irapak.ca indicating items and quantities
you wish to order with your address and postal code, we will send
you a quote and approx. lead time

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

DAMAGES DUE TO SHIPPING
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please
email us as soon as possible at sales@irapak.ca with your order
number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a
case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a
satisfactory solution.
